Custom Order Frequenty Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No! I will happily make as little or as many items as you like. I have done custom orders for just one item, and I have completed business orders with more than 100 items at a time.
I strive to make custom orders as accessible as possible to everyone. If you want to start small and just request a couple of things as samples/prototypes, I am happy to help.
How long will my order take?
My standard turnaround time is 5 - 10 business days (Monday through Friday - does not count weekends and federal holidays). Bigger orders may take longer. I am a one-woman show so every item you order is made by me. I will always give an estimate of the turnaround time for your order when you place it.
Rush is available for an additional fee.
Do you have a price list?
No. Due to the custom nature of these orders as well as customer needs and artwork requirements, it is near impossible to create a one-size-fits-all price list. Customers are encouraged to fill out the Custom Order Form below with as much detail as possible, and then I will respond back with a quote (usually in the form of an estimate for you to approve).
Can you provide contract services?
Yes! If you are a company that gets requests for apparel, but does not have the ability to complete these requests, I would love to be your contract manufacturer! This is one of my favorite parts of the business. Please contact me at Rachel@fableandwhimsy, and we can discuss more.
