Processing Time(s)

Most items are made to order and therefore must be produced prior to shipping.  The current processing time is 7 business days (Monday - Friday).  Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email that was provided at checkout.

Once the order has been packed and the shipping label created, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided at checkout.  If you have any questions regarding tracking, please reach out to rachel@fableandwhimsy.com.  Please keep in mind that I only have access to the same tracking information that you do.  Once a package has been dropped off with the courier, I no longer have control over shipping speed and estimated time of delivery.

Shipping Address

Please be sure to use the correct shipping address at checkout.  Packages that are returned due to insufficient/incorrect address will be delayed and are subject to additional shipping charges.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, you will receive an email once the package has been received.

Cancellations, Exchanges, & Returns

Please refer to the information provided in individual product listings for specifics around cancellations, exchanges, and returns.  As a general rule:

  • Cancellations can be honored within 48 hours after purchase;
  • Personalized products generally cannot be exchanged or returned;
  • If you have a problem with the item(s) you received, please reach out to rachel@fableandwhimsy.com.

Damaged Items

Please reach out within 4 days if your items arrived damaged.  Be prepared to provide photos showing the damage.  If the damaged items are in stock or can easily be remade, replacements will be sent.  If the items are no longer in stock, a refund (minus shipping) will be issued.  Please reach out to rachel@fableandwhimsy.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Buyers are responsible for contacting the courier (USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc.) and filing a lost package or stolen package claim.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and tariffs that may apply.

By pressing the checkout button, you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions.  Please be mindful of using the correct address, using promo codes, and inputting correct credit card information.  Fable & Whimsy is not responsible for user input error.  Promo codes cannot be used after the order has already been submitted.
