PERSONALIZATION:
It is incredibly important to get the monogram order correct. For traditional monograms, please enter the initials in the following order: First - Last - Middle. The first letter of the last name is the largest letter in traditional styles. As always, please reach out if you have personalization questions.
If you fail to specify all desired colors when ordering, I will pick what I think coordinates best with what has been described. Please be specific in what you are requesting if you have a specific idea in mind.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMES
My current processing times are always listed in the announcement banner at the top of the website. Please refer to this when determining if your package will arrive in time. This processing time does not include shipping (transit) time. When in doubt, please upgrade shipping speed to make sure it reaches you in time. Once I ship a package, I do not have any control over logistics and how long it will take to get to you. I do my best, but shipping couriers can be incredibly unpredictable.
